where can i go for customer support/help regarding an order?

When can i expect a response about a custom commission?

We primarily work 9am-5pm on week days and select hours on weekends depending on availability. You can expect a response within a few days of your message! Providing as much detail as possible and filling out the form completely helps us understand your needs and deliver a better experience. You can find the custom commission form here!

How Do Custom Commissions Work?

We have a form you can fill out on our website where you can submit an idea for a commission, your contact info and your budget for the project. With this information, we email you a quote for the item including our rates for modeling, printing, painting/finishing and assembly. We charge $22 an hour, as well as $1 per hour of printing. We try to be flexible with our rates so that we can either match or stay under your given budget, or prioritize certain elements of the build to accomplish this. Sometimes we may email you with additional questions about your project before we move forward with sending a quote. If/when we agree on the details on the project, we will schedule you for a set date to begin the project - we charge a $20 spot holding fee that will be deducted from your total project cost. Once the start date arrives, we will send you a payable 50% down invoice via email. Throughout the entire build, we will send email updates on the project, including design approvals at various stages to ensure you are getting the product you want! At the completion of the build after the final approval, we will send a payable remaining 50% invoice to your email, and ship your project.

What are your shipping times/Rates?

We primarily ship using USPS - the type of shipping varies by product. Smaller products may ship by USPS First class which will arrive in 1-5 business days after they are fulfilled. Larger products ship by USPS Priority Mail and usually arrive 1-3 business days after fulfillment. You should receive email updates on the status of your order as it goes through this process!

We are not responsible for delays in shipping or damage in transit. We guarantee that we will ship the product at the agreed upon date unless otherwise stated, and package the product to the best of our ability. However, there can be unprecedented delays in shipping that are out of our control once it leaves our hands.

Do you offer international shipping?

As of July 2024, we do international shipping for commissions and select products ONLY. Due to customs, unpredictable shipping times and fees, shipping international can be tricky for some of our products.

will you offer full armor commissions/products with custom measurements?

We do not offer personal armor commissions or anything that entails scaling large builds to specific measurements at this time. Due to order volume and work related projects, we are unable to guarantee the time required to complete a project of this scale.
